Shenzhen Chaowei Industry Co., Ltd has hold mid-year staff commendation meeting on July 18th, 2020. The company executives have attend this meeting.
The meeting has commenced on 2:00PM. Mr. Chenmang who is the founder of Chaowei has made a speach to the staffs on title <breakthrough, Innovations and the Growth> to encourage the staffs dare to examine themselves to improve their weakness to achieve all-ground growth. Mr. Chen ended his speech with warm applause from the staff.
And the first part of the meeting was commendation to the employees who have made outstanding contributions to the company during epidemic spread and after the company resume work.
The host used documentary text to reconstruct the difficult situation of the company and the whole country during the outbreak. Employees of the company have made great sacrifices during the tough period. The first to be recognized is the company's outstanding team. They award 2days team travel. Then we award 6 outstanding staff for their hard works since the beginning of this year. The second item of the conference is the equity gift ceremony. As early as the beginning of the establishment of Chaowei Industry, the company has formulated the joint-stock organization chart and reserved equity for each employee. The purpose is to attract employees whose career plans are highly consistent with the company's vision, improve the company's cohesion, and encourage all members to strive for our common goals. Mr. Peng Rensheng, the director of R&D department of Qlife technology co., ltd. (subsidiary of Chaowei) which played a vital role in the overall strategic transformation of Chaowei Industry Group. The leaders of Chaowei were highly appreciate him for his hard work and decided to present the company's equity to Mr. Peng. At the gift ceremony, the company's general manager Li and Director Peng signed the equity gift agreement. And they all had a speech for this important event to cheer all the staff keep hard work and our company will keep reward the staff efforts.
That night, the company arranged a group dinner for employees. It was a belated party. We raise a toast to share our feelings of the past six months. After the feast, we all parted happily. Tomorrow the members of Chaowei Industry will embark on a new journey together.
